Misty Chally is the CEO of Capitol Solutions, LLC, which was formed in April 2022. In her role, she heads the Critical Labor Coalition (CLC), a 501c(4) entity formed to find solutions to the nation’s critical labor shortage and unleash the potential of the U.S. workforce. Comprised of trade associations, nonprofit organizations, corporate and individual business owners, CLC supports legislative efforts to remove the barriers currently keeping many people from considering employment opportunities.

In addition to advocacy, CLC serves to inform and update members of Congress on the current state of the labor market while providing outreach to targeted communities in efforts to connect job seekers with employers in need of workers.

Through Capitol Solutions, Mrs. Chally also represents the Wendy’s Company, the National Franchisee Association (NFA), Franchise Business Services (FBS) and the Coalition of Franchisee Associations (CFA) in Washington, D.C. In this role, she advocates on issues ranging from tax to health care to labor. She serves on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Labor and Small Business Committees as well as a number of coalitions and task forces.

Mrs. Chally obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and earned her juris doctor degree from the American University. Chally has worked in the political arena for more than 25 years; with additional experience including managing congressional and presidential political action committees (PACs), handling state and local government relations issues, organizing constituent fly-ins, political fundraisers and other D.C-based events and testifying on behalf of small-business owners at the federal and state levels.
